Ex GM –Shanfari Real Estate : A senior real estate professional with a strong lineage to Architecture, Project Management and RE Development Strategy Investment Advisory. A Fellow of the Indian Institute of Architects and an accredited (MRICS) Member of the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK). A member of Society of Construction Law and served as an adjunct faculty member at various schools of design and architecture and as a research/thesis guide for the UG architecture program.

Co-founded the Design practice of Mathur & Daniel at Lucknow in 1990 and continued to acquire competencies in corporate real estate and to lead two practice areas – Project Management and Real Estate Investment and Development services. A graduate of College of architecture, Lucknow, trained under Sengupta, and went on to lead the Design team at Sterling Resorts. Conceptualized and managed Hotel and Resort projects across the country till he moved to Developer Organizations; led several large Development and Infrastructure projects/ contracts at Embassy, Chaitanya, Shanfari & Izz between India and Oman. In 2006, established the India office for Nelson the 6th largest Design giant based out of Philadelphia PA, (US) with over 35 offices across the globe. Worked with a FDI real estate Company USDPL as Chief Development Officer and established the operational organization.

Currently MD Consulting, a platform for the delivery of end-to-end services to the development community, as an evolution of Mathur & Daniel, design partnership of 25 years, offering complete Architecture and Design services from its studio in India to execute work for projects in residential, retail and institutional sectors, through global alignments and international experts, to serve wider geographies and markets with consultancy in planning, design, construction project life cycle, project and development management providing value added specialized services

Identified, planned and successfully implemented a BOPP Film Project, one of the first co extrusion processes in the world in Maharashtra, and achieved all profitability objectives
