The website provides an online platform for Global Clients and Consultants to directly connect with each other for a service charge, and is not responsible legally, contractually or in any other capacity for any financial loss, foreign exchange loss or any other loss on Direct Contracts between them.
• Website as a Contract Coordinator option is available only for "Offsite" assignments, and "Not applicable" for " Onsite" assignments or any other type of assignment .
• If the Client and Consultant have both agreed to have Company website as a "Contract Coordinator" ( and ticked this option) while posting for an "Offsite" assignment ( applicable only for high value transactions as per policy of the website) , and if they finally agree to work under a contract , they could both contact the company through "Contact us" to coordinate the financial transaction for that specific contract .
• The company would coordinate the transaction through an escrow account ( full contract value to be deposited by client ) against a service fee of 2% of Gross contract Value, which would be deducted by the website, at every milestsone payment made to Consultant from the excrow account, based on value of work certified by by the client, till the complete contract value is paid. The company too would contact both parties on the contract to reconfirm the same.
• For any disputes the website would refer the same to a third party arbitrator agreed by both parties and his decision would be final and binding to both parties.
